For Mother’s day I would like a thermometer for the outside of the kitchen window…
A hug and kiss.
A stadium seat for track events, for my big butt and bad back.
The inside of my car windows washed.
But what I got for Mother’s day was the man and boy working with me on the back yard…..
My boy, the ham, who by the way, did awesome at his play.
I also bought some flowers and veggies, look at that garden, all roto-tilled and smelling fine.
This patch had gravel, but we are making it grass.
So pretty much a fabulous day, we ate out, my favorite, mexican food.
Tomorrow some weeding and trimming bluebells and planting flowers.
Thank you, Hubby and son for a great Mothers day!
Blessings to all the Mothers Out There!
I hope you all have a joyful day with all the loved ones around you and lots of love to share!
Job 1:21 – He said, “Naked I came from my mother‘s womb, And naked I shall return there. The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away. Blessed be the name of the LORD.”
proverbs 31: 26 She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
27 She watches over the affairs of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all.”
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
31 Give her the reward she has earned,
and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.
Ps 34:11 – Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
